In fact during that time the employment was almost doubled after Mr. Hershey decided to build 6 new buildings. Today Hershey Chocolate factory is the largest chocolate factory in the world. The managers who worked for Hershey had the best working conditions. They rented a house for the family at Hershey town for only 1 dollar per month as long as they where employed in the factory. One interesting fact about the famous chocolate kisses of Hershey, the workers in the factory used their tong to wrap the kisses at the beginning until a machine was inserted to the Hershey factory.
